The Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) pioneered the field of health coaching through its flagship Health Coach Training Program. As copy manager, I led a team of in-house and freelance copywriters while working in lock-step with CRM to shape and execute email strategy, our primary lead nurture channel. Through persona refinement, content planning and development, and rigorous subject line and copy testing, we increased email engagement YoY and delivered a steady stream of leads to our sales team.
